Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (also “GDPR”) laying down provisions on personal data protection, we inform you that your personal data, recorded through this form “Request for advice”, will be processed by Data Controller, Agilae Srl, as set out below.

Nature of data

The mandatory personal data requested in the form are, in addition to the company name, the name and surname of the company contact person and e-mail and any other data and / or information that you can enter in the form. In addition, Agilae Srl may process any additional option personal data requested and voluntarily issued by you (telephone number, role in the company, etc.).

Purpose of the processing

The data you provided will be processed exclusively for commercial purposes and to provide consultancy.

Legal basis of the processing and nature of data provision

Personal data processing is necessary in order to execute pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party (Article 6 paragraph 1, letter .b) of EU Reg. 2016/679). The provision of the data listed above is mandatory as it is necessary to carry out the purposes indicated; therefore, the refusal to issue it will only determine the impossibility of processing your data for the aforementioned purposes. Failure to provide the optional data, however, will not hinder the pursuit of the main purposes for which they are collected.

Processing methods

In relation to the purposes, your data will be processed lawfully, correctly and with the utmost confidentiality, with the support of paper and computer means, in compliance with the security measures referred to in Articles 32 to 35 of EU Reg. 2016/679. Your personal data will be processed by internal staff of Agilae Srl who, as authorized to process (pursuant to Article 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), will act under the direct subordination and supervision of the Data Controller and in compliance with the operating instructions received by them.

Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data

For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, your data may be communicated and disseminated to third parties external to Agilae Srl, specifically appointed as Data Processors, pursuant to Article 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679 and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

You will always have the possibility to receive, upon express request sent to the e-mail privacy@agilae.it, the list of Data Processors to whom your data may be communicated.

Data transfer

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries.

Data retention

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated or for longer periods in accordance with the provisions of the Law. At the end of the retention period, the data will be deleted or made anonymous permanently and irreversibly.

Rights of the interested party

 In relation to the purposes of the processing described above, the user is entitled to exercise the rights pursuant to Articles from 15 to 22 of EU Reg. 2016/679, by sending a request to the Data Controller at the e-mail address privacy@agilae.it. The user may also exercise their rights by writing an e-mail to the Data Protection Officer at the e-mail address: luigi.perrella@dpoitalia.eu.
